Task 1: History Knowledge Issues

2. Find and read at least TWO other postings of classmates

1.  Choose ONE of the following questions and write a short paragraph with your response.

The World of Language

The very fact that humans are able to convert the world into commonly attributed symbols with which we share, exchange, and expand our personal and social knowledge, defines us as a species.  In other words, without language we could never have advanced to the society we have.  We will be examining and discussing these concepts in the coming weeks.
