Mr david i cant manage to write on my wiki... i cant figure out where to comment on the video. but i thought id comment here and then just learn from u and paste it on my wiki afterwards. i feel that the big random "creatures" are rather useless, they were not created as an art to be appreciated for their artistic like qualities, but rather an advance in technology, and really i cant see where the advance in technology fits in, rather than spending time on sustainable development planning or trying to figure out how to convince companies, labs, and universities not to test on animals, someone somewhere decided that it was more important to make machines that creapishly walk on the beach... and hammer themselves down incase of a storm... the only thing i admire about the hole idea is that it resembles some of the graffiti MUTO has done so its like a 3d version of really amazing graffiti... other than that it makes me quite angry to see what people spend their time on...
ReplyDeleteand it also reminds me of people trying to "play god" ,a great advertisement for this would be: right now REAL BREATHING LIVING organisms are becoming extinct and that affects the functioning of our worlds entire ecosystem, But Theo Jansen knows what to do! Support his new beach creatures that will save the world by calling 1800 lifeless.
